Bullying

A bully is a person that tries to hurt someone else on purpose. This can include:

  • name calling
  • pinching, hitting or pulling hair
  • threatening someone
  • spreading rumours

Bullying can also happen online and this is called ‘cyber bullying’. This means bullying by text, or writing things on Instagram or other social networking sites. Bullying can happen anywhere; at school, at home or when you’re out with friends.

If you’re ever bullied, there are people you can talk to:

  • your teacher at school
